Description of the factory:
The site lies at the frontiers of the village, in a natural environment. The overall area is 8796 square meters. The combined area of the factory halls is 3000 square meters.
A working railway is within the closest agglomeration of the factory, which bears a high value due to its capabilities for transportation.
Within the facility, 48 piece 200-year-old plane trees can be found, each with its own parcel number. The firm is a modern factory with all the facilities needed for quality production.
