With the intention of offering the absolute best level of support possible to you, our members, we've increased the amount of support staff from 4 to 9 full time support reps to help you with any issues you may have. The two newest support members are now being trained and they will be up to speed in a matter of days.

Please be sure to submit a support ticket in your back office so that our system logs your need of assistance and we can help you just as soon as possible.

Even if you go upline to your sponsor or team leaders first (great idea) to get your issue heard, we'd still appreciate you completing a support ticket so that we absolutely know that your issue is being heard and so that we can help offer the support you deserve.

On another note regarding customer support: Over 90% of current support issues, when analyzed by support staff and Jeff with regard to comp plan questions, most of the issues have arisen from misunderstandings concerning how the compensation plan mechanics really work...

That is why the upcoming Compensation Plan Training Videos are so vital. Most of the questions we've received will be answered for all members by a proper training and education of the comp plan.

We appreciate your patience with regard to the training videos being developed and are happy to announce that they will be in your back office very soon.

W9 Forms Processing for U.S.A. members:

A dedicated team of support staff is actively working on processing all W9s. In addition, W9 processing will not be mandatory until member's commissions reach $600 which is the requirement of the law.

This will alleviate a lot of the bottle neck in processing and all members will be able to withdraw their commissions on an ongoing daily basis.
