If there is ever an issue that comes up it is very quick and easy to get the help you need in a timely manner and anyone you speak with is very supportive and knows what needs to be done and get it done without issues. Customer service reps are always readily available and take the time to answer all questions and get any and all problems resolved to the customer's satisfaction before ending the contact. Absolute Softech has always given me surprises with their services. I don’t know how they know that i like surprises. Many times when i call them for free monthly tune up they fix many issue which could have been affecting me in near future. They have also helped me in fixing my old printer which i had almost through out of the room in frustration. Thank you, absolute softech for saving my hundreds of dollers.
