I stumbled upon this book today. At first, I was hesitant, because I thought it was yet another book about the Law Of Attraction, especially since the Forward is written by someone who mentions the Secret.So, I took a long look, and I couldn't find metaphysics mumbo jumbo. All I saw was plain old common sense, and some imaginative concepts to help life your spirits.
Most of the time, I don't like exercises in such books. Well, I did the first one suggested, it took 1 minute, and I was feeling better already!
