My own insurance company would have dropped me if it were not for this inspection. Additionally, this inspection tells you the condition of these 4 critical components of your home are. These are the most likely to fail and cause property damage, so knowing their condition is extremely important. While this inspection was required, due to my home being over 30 years old, I feel this inspection service is valuable anytime for any age structure.
