Dubai has introduced a 10-year Golden Visa for nurses—officially announced by Sheikh Hamdan on May 12, 2025 (International Nurses Day)—to honour those with at least 15 years of service under the Dubai Health Authority. This sponsor‑free residency enables long‑term stability, career growth, and family sponsorship. Eligible nurses must hold a valid DHA license, a clean record, and an active UAE employment contract.
