This is a partial list of the places where I advertise my sites and programs, consisting mainly of traffic exchanges (TEs), text ad exchanges (TAEs), and safelists/mailers. I call it partial because I have joined a lot more programs since I created the page and links on my main blog site. My list of TAE programs have grown too since I became Owner/Admin of Winning Solos Text Ad Exchange. ^_^
