Bux.to is considered as the most reliable PTC, but I don't believe. They don't pay timely- i don't know whether they actually pay. Cashout requested in Jan 2008 have not been paid yet. On asking payout for hard done work they reply as if they are obliging its member by paying free. Stats are not updated correctly and referrals clicks are either added to some other members account or removed intentionally.
On the contrary, Isabelmarcos' money maker pays promptly as per their TOS. They have paid me twice sine March 2008. Their customer care service is very effective. This service not only reply quickly but take immediate action. Once my account was hacked. As soon as I brought this matter through live chat to them, they immediately restored my account.
