When it comes to ordering from an online writing service, you only want to know one thing: that you will receive quality papers. This means that a review of the services provided by Essay Lab should be in check. We tested for ourselves EssayLab’s ability to follow up an order and combined it with the information we found on other review websites. This is the result of our analysis.
Services and Features
You can find a full list of their services in the menu once you click onto EssayLab’s website. They offer all sorts of academic writing texts for students, regardless of their level of study. Plus, they also seem to cover business writing, CV and resume writing, cover letters, admission essays, and so on. It is fairly easy to place an order, customers only being required to provide the details as for what they need. Once your order has been checked, you will be contacted by the assigned writer – which will keep in touch with you.
They also have a customer support department – however, it seemed scripted to us. We tried to talk through the live chat, and while we did receive replies, they seemed robotic. The same thing applied to phone calls: we were simply asked to fill out a form, and our questions would be processed. We were not particularly pleased by this part of their service.
The Writers’ Experience
All the testimonials we found on the EssayLab website were obviously positive – they only want us to see the good in them. However, upon a closer analysis of the customer reviews on other review websites, we found that many of them complained of poor writing – which was also visible on their website content and blog posts. Contrary to their claim that they only hire writers that are native in English, there are many customers who suspect their writers are actually foreign.  
We ordered a college-level research paper and noticed this issue as well. There were issues with regards to grammar and spelling, and we also noticed that the structure was somehow disjointed. However, just like the other customers, we didn’t experience any delays with our products. Everything was received on time.
Info about the Pricing
We found that the prices were rather elevated as compared to other websites. A written product will cost you $16.50-$44.20 per page, depending on the level, while an editing service will cost $10.55-$28.65 per page depending on the text. Our 8-page research paper cost us $239.90, which we found pretty expensive. We were unable to locate any discounts on the website – although EssayLab.com claims that they are available for returning customers. We found that the order form included some coupon codes, which led us to believe that Essay Lab releases a promo code ever now and then (although we are not aware how).
We believe that while the EssayLab website is not fraud or scam, it could definitely need some improvement. From our experience and what we have gathered from other costumers, we are rating EssayLab.com as “Fair.”
