YC6L Series Diesel Engine for Gensets (Ideal to power 140-160KW Generator Set)

Engine Features

1. Mature four-valve technique, intelligentialized E-control injection system, new type Honeywell turbocharger, forced cooling piston technique, low inertia small aperture injector ensure more even atomization, more intense combustion and with a 8% – 12% lower fuel consumption than other brands in the same category.

Wet liner with higher body support from the bottom, and patented 4 valves per cylinder technique effectively reduces the noise.

3. Alloyed cast iron for engine block and cylinder head ensure high rigidity; high pressure forged integral crankshaft and high frequency quenched journals and rolled fillets improve the fatigue & wear resistance.

4. The overhaul period is over 12,000 hours.

5. Product of the same kind meet Euro-3/4 standard, has passed certifications in EU, Russia etc. Parts are global sourcing, reliable quality. 2. Cylinder block and cylinder head made out of alloy cast iron feature with higher strength; crankshaft is made in a single piece and sliding bearing featuring with smaller in size, higher reliability and lighter in weight; the overhaul period is over 12,000 hours;

3. Model P high pressure fuel pump and model P injection nozzle, contributing to more intense combustion and lower fuel consumption;
