One of the most promising opportunity to make money from Bitcoin this year is arbitrage. if you aren't familiar with the concept of arbitrage it's actually very simple. Arbitrage is when you take advantage of a disparity in prices between different markets. When a disparity is found you buy the bitcoin at the lower price at market A and instantly sell at the higher price for a profit at market B.

There are huge differences between the price that Bitcoins sell for on the different exchanges. This wide divergence of prices means that you can get involved in arbitrage yourself just by having accounts on multiple exchanges with a balance in multiple currencies in each one. Then when an opportunity arises you simple buy and sell immediately without having to transfer funds between accounts.

The risk in doing this, of course, is that the price may change between when you buy and when you sell. This makes arbitrage highly dependent on the speed at which you are able to make transactions. Generally these funds will publish their results and pay out profit daily. The investment term varies depending on the fund; for example BTC Arbs allows you to withdraw either your original stake and/or your profits at any time but requires a minimum of a $50 investment, whereas Bitcoin Trader enforces a 120 day minimum investment period before you can withdraw your original stake but has a minimum investment of only $20.
