The classic WoW professions fall into two categories, primary and secondary. A player can only learn two primaries but can master all three secondary professions.

You will see a float appear in the water and you will have to wait for it to splash. When it splashes, all you have to do is right-click on the reel and you can catch the fish.

 

How to level up in fishing in WoW Classic

 

Leveling up in fishing in WoW Classic is pretty simple, all you need to do is fish in the correct area for your fishing level.

 

All players start with a fishing level of one and can train up to 300, with different zones available at different skill levels.
