The system consists of Cluster System, Inline System and R&D System.

In a cluster system, the panel's high efficiency and high life is ensured by removing the out-gassing and carrying out the cleaning process. The cluster system is mainly used in the OLED Evaporation System to develop the OLED panel and display research & development with the help of a point source and a linear source.

In the inline system deposition process, the excellent productivity is performed while the substrate is moving. This system is especially optimized for OLED lighting panel production. In this system the linear source is used for the OLED panel deposition process and the R&D is done by Parallel Shot by Point Source.

SELCOS OLED Evaporation System is also very efficient R&D system that most importantly organic/inorganic deposition and encapsulation process is all done at once. So it is an efficient and cost-effective for the small OLED material development and also can be used for the small size OLED device R&D. In this system the Point effusion Cell source is used for the OLED panel deposition process.

 

Along with the OLED EvaporationSystem SELCOS is implementingNano-thin film coating process technology for the Sputter Deposition System too. SELCOS Sputter deposition system consists of Inline sputtering, Cluster sputtering and Batch sputtering. SELCOS Sputter Deposition System is fully automated system.
