Women’s Tours around The World

Many people love travelling. But it often so happens that it is only the men who are able to fulfill their travelling desires, and not women. Women often find it rather unsafe to travel alone due to social evils. But that does not mean that their desires to travel and see all the places in the world that they want to should go unfulfilled. Until the day arrives when the depravity of certain people in society is no longer there and women can travel freely and in solitude if they wish to, there is the option of travelling in groups.

Travelling in groups does more than just make it safe for women-it also enhances the whole experience. Women with similar interest in the same place can talk and exchange information and thus plan other trips, too. Often, lifelong friendships and travelling buddies are made through these travelling groups.

For example, a women’s tour to Basque is particularly appealing because of the lively culture of Basque that requires one to enjoy it with companions to share the excitement and enjoyment with. The Basque country is the region between the French and Spanish borders. It is a beautiful place for a group trip.

So are women’s tours to Estonia, or women’s tours to Russia. These two places also great for travelling in groups. Estonia is a North European country faced towards the Baltic Sea and the Gulf of Finland. It is a chilly land of more than 1,500 islands dotted with castles, forts and churches. It was a former part of the USSR. Estonia is a lovely place to visit. So is Russia, of course, the largest country in the whole wide world where a train from Vladivostok to Moscow takes over a week! Such is the vastness of this Northern, cold country with breath-taking landscapes and unforgettable scenery. 

Russia is a land of binaries-it is in both Asia and Europe, and touches both the Pacific Ocean and the Atlantic Ocean. Russia has a rich history and culture and is a leader in the arts and sciences. Great writers like Tolstoy, Dostoyevsky and Chekhov were all Russian. Their literary works are absolutely brilliant and are taken up for academic study even today. Russia is also the land of the graceful and delicate dance form of ballet. The beautiful winter palace is an example of baroque art techniques. A group trip to Russia shall be inspiring.
