One should always check out the filler components present in the organic supplement as they may reduce the concentration of effective ingredients.
  3. Look for a stamp of approval - Customers should always look out for supplements that are tested and have no binders, fillers, or additives.  This is important as the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) does not regulate supplements. Customers can also look for National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) certified supplements which are also a stamp of approval.
