For the chicken and the marinade: remove the skin from the chicken pieces, rinse the meat, pat dry with a paper towel, and set aside. Garlic and ginger paste, fennel seeds and coriander, turmeric, chili powder, vegetable species, salt, garam masala, best pav bhaji species, lemon juice, and egg white are put together in a bowl, then rub over the chicken pieces. Marinate the chicken pieces at room temperature for 30 minutes or until covered overnight in the refrigerator.
