Why invest in Raigad District land?

Raigad District of Maharashtra has been a beneficiary of many Development Initiatives beginning with the new Mumbai International Airport at Panvel, Successful MIDC’s at Roha, Vile Bhagad & Mahad, Development of Dighi Port, Delhi – Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC), Four-laning of the Mumbai Goa Highway (NH 17) to name a few. This has the potential to set into motion an Economic Boom in the District especially around the Indapur – Mahad Belt which stands to benefit the most. The next decade will see this belt metamorphose into an Industrial & Logistics Power House. Hence this is the most promising destination to make an Investment.

Due to Dighi port a radius of 250KM area is going to develop. Some of the corporate like Mahindra, POSCO, Dighi port Authority etc. have made smart investments in large land tracts in this area with expectation of appreciation in the near future.

2.       A six lane corridor coastal highway from Mumbai – Goa, Parallel to NH-17.

3.       Proposed road connecting Lavasa 3rd phase to Mangaon.

4.       Proposed road connecting Pune to Mahad MIDC via Welhe.

5.       City Tala proposed for next MIDC

6.       Local trains connecting CST Mumbai to Roha, further plans to connect upto veer, a station before Mahad.

7.       Port planned on the Raigad DistrictCoast.

8.       Mangaon a railway Junction & a well known trading Junction.

9.       Vile Bhagad MIDC now functional, with companies like Posco Steel, Jindal steel, Hyundai etc have already ventured in Mangaon.

10.   Mahindra and Mahindra setting up Innovation park in 5000 Acre, will house 25000 scientist undertaking research.

11.   Tourism junctions like Murud Janjira, Alibag, Shrivardhan beaches, Historical places and Forts.

Based on the above we can project a good appreciation for the region and the projections for Green City Raigad will be at least 100% in the 2 years and could rise 10 fold in 5 years time as the project develops
