It includes movement of the entire body. In addition to this, it seems effortless to people which helps them do it for a prolonged period. Dancing is becoming one of the most accepted form of exercise for people. The increasing popularity of exercises like Zumba and Aerobics which involve both dance and exercise have also added to it. Dancing can be done by people of any age group. Not only fitness but dancing can also be done for the purpose of recreation or self expression. One can be so interested in dancing that it may serve them as a future shaping platform. Yes, you read it right. There are a number of people who are so fond of dancing that they have built their career out of it. Also, there are several types of dance forms which ensures maximum involvement of people according to their interests. One can either do classical dances like Kuchipudi, Mohiniattam, Bhangra etc or be a swagger by doing Break dance or go for something like Salsa etc. One more great benefit of dancing is that it can be done either in groups or in singles. Also, you can add your twists to whatever you are doing. By reading so far you might have got a decent idea about why is dancing is so special? Dancing and it’s benefits.

In today’s busy lifestyle man forgets to include some exercise in his life to keep his body and mind healthy. Man is always busy running behind making his life perfect for living that his life becomes entirely materialistic. He forgets to realize that life isn’t about materialistic things. It’s high time that humans realize their mistake and start enjoying the little things in their life. Including dancing in their life is one of the simplest ways they can help themselves with. Spending some time dancing at least twice a week can help them detox all the stress, feel fit and rejuvenated. Doing it during the weekend will give them the hope and energy to spend the rest of the week. There are several other benefits of dancing which are as follows:


·         It works as a mood up lifter.

 If one has a bad day or even bad week, he/she can just play some music and dance on it or even just watch someone else dance. It helps in releasing the happiness hormones in our body thereby improving our mood.


·         To increase the stamina of the body.

 Dancing requires energy. So if you dance regularly, your body gets used to the amount of energy spent during the activity and hence increases your stamina.


·         To have a toned legs and arms.

 Dancing involves constant movement of both arms and legs. This constant movement causes toning of the same.


·         As a hobby.

This helps mainly the little children. As a part of growing up, it is important for children to have a hobby. Dancing can be a good option to take up as a hobby.


·         For weight loss.

Weight loss is a common problem seen among today’s population irrespective of their age. Many find it difficult to hit the gym or do tough workouts everyday in order to lose weight. Dancing can be a simpler and at the same time highly effective option for them.


As a whole dancing is one is the simplest, effective and best things happened to human kind and can be included in life irrespective of age, sex or even body type.
