Why choose straight edge case forming process in steel pipe production

There are traditional case forming and on-line advanced straight edge case forming process for steel pipes' production, from seamless steel pipe, ERW steel pipe to galvanized steel pipe. With the pursuit of high quality steel pipe, now we would like to adopt the latter one .

There are some advantages for straight edge case forming process compared with traditional one.

1. On-line advanced straight edge case forming process can restrict the plate edges to a smooth, which have weeded out the drawback of the plate edges rebound fiercely before.

2. The whole production process is more flexible and this would guarantee the high quality of the steel pipe in most extent. Of course, the other advantages are: edges are well-controlled, accurate dimensions for pipes, better surface, retaining of the mechanical properties of raw material and so on.
