Well, most of us don't believe it, but this is actually a truth. Obviously it can't be good for a person with diabetes but generally, it is moderately good for your health. It is seen in parents that they stop kids from having candies due to the fear that either they will ruin their teeth or they will get obese. But, parents need to understand that if you really want to see your child fitter than ever, then you need to make them go running in the morning and stop them from eating junk. Even candy manufacturers say that excess of everything is certainly bad but if you are having candies in small amounts, it is going to harm neither children nor adults.
