Who's holding out on you?

According to Wikipedia,"Six degrees of separation is the idea that all living things and everything else in the world is six or fewer steps away from each other so that a chain of 'a friend of a friend' statements can be made to connect any two people in a maximum of six steps."

It was originally set out by Frigyes Karinthy in 1929 and popularized in an eponymous 1990 play written by John Guare.

Six degrees of separation says that you are connected by no more than six steps to every other person on the planet.

If that's the case you must be connected to every Prime Minister, President, blue collar, white collar, hobo/tramp, everyone!

That means you're also connected by no more than six steps to every lottery winner in the world.

So, who's holding out on you with a secret $100M lottery windfall?
