The market of ultra-luxury apartments finds loyal buyers among high net worth people and celebrities are one of the most important buyer segment. 

In the past 1 decade, there is a significant rise in the number of premium apartments for sale, throughout India. Let us find out who the people are who are most interested to buy them.

1.  Entrepreneurs 

The number of entrepreneurs is continuously increasing in India. Thanks to the new policies of the Government, people with no prior experience in business or those having no family businesses are also establishing new ventures.

We even know the names of the houses owned by our celebrities. ‘Jalsa’ owned by the Bachchan family and ‘Mannat’ owned by SRK’s family are equally popular with fans. Take the name of ‘Galaxy Apartments’ and Salman Khan’s face pops up in our minds.  

3.  High-salaried People

Well qualified millennials are earning in lakhs in both public and private sectors. They are eligible to apply for a lump sum amount of home loan.

This is a new trend in the real estate industry. High-salaried millennials are a young group of buyers. Hence, they have to pay a low EMI amount as well.

The professionals like doctors and lawyers can also buy ultra-luxury apartments. There are a fewer number of professionals than what is required. Hence, there is a huge gap between demand and supply which raises their earnings.

Sportsmen are also celebrities and they earn in millions (especially the cricketers). Like celebrities in general, sportsmen earn through endorsements as well. In fact, we cannot imagine a sportsman without a luxury apartment.
