When will be UGC NET Exam be conducted?

The UGC NET 2020 scheduled in the month of December was supposed to be conducted in May 2021. However, due to the second wave, it is now merged with the June 2021 cycle.   

Also, I want to bring to your notice that the candidates who had registered for the UGC NET December 2020 Cycle but were unable to complete the application process, could have done so in the 2021 cycle. 

Those candidates that had completed the application process did not need to apply again, i.e., their application was already done in 2020 itself.  

The registrations for the 2021 UGC NET exam had started from 10th August 2021 and had gone on till the 5th September 2021 up to 11:50 PM.  

Another public notice had come shortly thereafter, in continuation to the aforementioned PDF, stating the Relaxation in Age Limit of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) for June 2021 UGC NET cycle.
