In WvW, one of the major sources of damage is ranged AOE projectiles. In fact, for your ranged, that's all your getting hit with. So imagine when your trying to res a player and the projectiles hit you you automatically created a bubble to reflect them? And What's the best wvw ranged class guild wars 2 ?
Warriors make good buffers, Mesmers aren't bad at buffing and protecting from projectiles, Necros are good at cleansing and making guild wars 2 gold, have some decent AoE heals, etc, etc. The best part about the Warrior is that when it comes time to face classes in a 1v1, you can throw on a melee weapon and cause a serious headache for ranged classes and classes with lighter armor. Since the Warrior also gets to wear heavy armor, they take little damage, despite dealing a ton of it. It is hard to beat a Warrior in small-scale PvP.
Guardian is the weak ranged class. It has slow moving ranged attacks with the sceptre and that is about it.Guardians do have snares, teleports, buffs/heals and walls/bubbles that can be useful in a group ranged battle.Guardian is obviously a top contendor and I was thinking about warrior too, with all those banners and shouts.
Necromancer is up there as well since he can take the conditions from naerby allies and turn them on the enemies, and his marks are quite defensive.
In fact,the best wvw ranged class guild wars 2 depends on your weapons, where your points go into your skills and how good you are.It's not as easy as this class is better then this class. All classes can go ranged and melee so it really comes down to skill. At times no matter how good you are a zerg will kill you.
