What’s The Best Way To Find A Coffee Shop Near Me?
Coming from Seattle, you can probably guess that I’m a coffee aficionado, so when I moved to New York City a few months ago, I wasn’t quite sure where I could get a good, honest cup of java. I’m kind of picky about what kind of coffee I drink, so finding a coffee shop near me that catered to my taste was a daunting task. By the way, I love a good cup of blended Robusta and Arabica beans, fresh brewed! Not surprisingly, that type of blend wasn’t a staple of any of the coffee shops I visited. And believe me, I visited a lot of them. It was kind of discouraging, but I figured when in Rome, do as the Romans due, so I settled for the best I could find, which I’m afraid, just didn’t cut it.
I was about to hang up my quest for the holy grail of Robusta and Arabica blended, when one of my new coworkers told me about a great new app that would not only find me a coffee shop that served it, but others in my area. That includes things like daily specials, changes in menu, whatever. Other dining venue apps don’t even begin to cover the information you can pull down from Trist. Heck, Trist can even tell you how many people are in the venue you’re surfing, when you’re surfing it! I know, I found it amazing, too. You just put in your criteria and if there’s a shop in the Big Apple that has what you’re looking for, your friend Trist will find it. Oh, and it’s as fast as a New York second!

Sorry to say, but many other types of dining venue apps may have information on there that’s as old as when the Knicks won their last NBA championship. And I think that was a while ago. Not Trist! And back to the original point of this whole thing is did I ever find the holy coffee grail I was seeking in my new home city? How’s this – Trist not only found one coffee shop that served my blend but six others. And would you believe one was only a couple of blocks away.
