Ankle Socks and Workouts

They sit right above your ankle and are specially tailored for exercise or active affairs. All ankle socks want to see you sweating. They are a part of your performance gear. Do not use them in place of no-show socks or regular socks. Wear them to the gym with your sports shoes and get breaking!

Crew socks can be worn both Smartly or casually

They sit near your calf muscles and are perfect for semi-formal wear. You can pair them with men's leather shoes like chelsea boots, brogue shoes, oxford shoes and sneakers but never ever pair them with shorts.

Formal mid-calf or over the calf socks

The higher the socks sit the more formal it is. Mid-calf socks always sit somewhere in the mid calf area while the over calf socks always ends at the calf muscle, both are completely formal and pair perfectly well with suits and tuxedos. Hence, they are perfect for men’s formal shoes. You might be wondering why the socks are long? The long length of the socks helps in an uninterrupted shift from pant leg to shoe as no one wants skin to be visible in a formal setting.

Match it to the surrounding

Think of a very formal business setting or a semi-formal setting like a wedding, it calls for longer socks. The longer the sock the more it helps improve your look. If you plan to go without any socks, your shoes need to be left-alone for 24 hours in between wearings. You can also use some products to help with the moisture and odors.!
