by Kirti Singh Content Marketer

In order to prevent the frequent physical crowd, the government has decided to roll out an e-nomination service. Under the service, employees can ensure the proper nomination of their funds on the website itself.

Currently, filing e-nomination on the EPFO portal takes not more than 15 minutes only. Unlike the old process which use to take a lot more time.

Why is it Important to file an E-nominationation of Employee’s Provident Fund?

If a PF Balance Check Number holder files an E-nomination then it helps them in easy online pension claims without any hassle. Under any unforeseen circumstances, say in case of the demise of the EPFO account holder. If EPFO account holder has filed a nominee well in time before then their nominees can easily apply for an online composite claim. E-nomination is also helpful in the case of the actuarial valuation of the pension fund.
