well-being and responsible for mental disorders. In this condition, a person
fails to cope with difficult events and find himself lack of motivation and
hope. Stress management is vital to have command over ability, skills
and mental strength.

The major stress
symptoms found by the experts are decreased amount of sleep, negative
thoughts about upcoming events, depression, body pain, deficiency, mood swings
etc.
The continuous repetition of these things sometimes leads to
heart attacks, cardiac arrest, and arrhythmic death. It is really important to
cure these symptoms initially before they become unmanageable.

Over 5,000 old practice of Ayurveda has a different approach
to assess and heal ailments associated with the human body. It has enlightened
the fact that out body functionality depends on three energies – Pitta, Kapha,
and Vata.
According to Ayurveda, the Vata Dosha is responsible for mental stability and body movements. If
it is deteriorated by internal or external factors it results in strain and
pain. Stress Management can be executed by the positive attitude and few basic
relievers.
Ayurvedic practitioners suggest for regular meditation, Ayurvedic
massage, Shirodhara, and a number of ayurvedic herbs and remedies. A well-balanced
lifestyle, healthy meal and a regulated daily routine can eliminate the effects of stress.
