What Is Aluminum Ingot Casting Production Line?

Remove Dross: After melting, the molten aluminum is skimmed to remove the dross or impurities that settle on top of the liquid.
Casting: The molten aluminum is then cast into ingot molds. These molds come in many shapes and sizes and can be customized based on the desired ingot size and shape.
Cooling: After the casting process is complete, the molds are removed from the furnace and cooled. The cooling time is dependent on the size and shape of the ingots.
Finishing: After cooling, the ingots are removed from the molds, and excess metal is trimmed. The finished ingots are then stacked for storage and sale.
The aluminum ingot production line is a highly automated process that requires skilled operators to run the equipment. It is a highly efficient process that ensures the quality and continuity of the aluminum supply chain.
