Out of all the missions we did as food consultants at food microconsulting there has always been one common denominator: simple help is needed.

Food SMEs need advice on many topics. But one thing is always present in the requests we receive from our clients: pragmatism. Our clients want efficiency and simplicity.

Most of the requests we receive for help concern very hands-on matters. It is as varied as developing recipes, writing specifications, working on shelf life, how to find good managers, getting experienced mentoring or looking at their business strategy, etc. But they always ask to get help that they can understand and apply understand and apply.

Food SMEs approach us because we advertise our simple and hands-on approach to problems. Our clients feel comfortable working with food consultants who are from the industry and have had to solve the same issues that they do in their past professional life.
