What constitutes the constitution?…revisited on 69th Republic Day

by Rajat Aggarwal Article specialist

This is what we told our students of Noida Expressway that the Constitution is the fundamental that governs the conduct of an organization or family or nation by establishing its concept, character, and structure. Constitutions are the foundation for government in every society around the world as they create, empower and limit the institutions that govern the society. The Family is the basic unit of society and as such should be strengthened. It is entitled to receive comprehensive protection and support. In different cultural, political and social systems, various forms of the Family exist. The rights, capabilities, and responsibilities of Family must be respected.

In the Constitution, our "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness" were secured in two essential. The federal Constitution envisions unity where it is necessary as a people to speak with one voice... but it allows countless voices to be heard on matters pertaining to the day-to-day general welfare. The constitution of an organization contains the fundamental principles which govern its operation. The bylaws establish the specific rules of guidance by which the group is to function. All but the most informal groups should have their basic structure and methods of operation in writing. We JBM are the Best Nursery school in greater noida.

Constitutions, whether written or unwritten, typically function as an evolving body of legal custom and opinion. Their evolution generally involves changes in judicial interpretation or in them; the latter usually through a process called amendment. Amendment of a constitution is usually designed to be a difficult process in order to give the constitution greater stability. On the other hands, if a constitution is extremely difficult to amend, it might be too inflexible to survive over time.

To celebrate 69th Republic Day on 26 January school in noida, let’s know how India's Constitution came to be will be examined, how it has been contested over the years and what potential challenges lie ahead. It is celebrated as the day when India became a sovereign, secular and democratic republic. The day is also significant as the declaration of Indian independence (Purna Swaraj) was proclaimed by the Indian National Congress on 26 January 1930. It was on this day in the year 1965 that Hindi was declared as the official language of the country. Republic day is celebrated every year to mark the sovereignty of India. On this day, the constitution of India, which was drafted by B.R. Ambedkar, was adopted in the year 1950. Once again we were a school in expressway Noida, wish all the citizens “Happy Republic Day”. Let us all realize our duties before asking for our rights as rights & duties go hand in hand. Let’s hold the hand of values, good education & ethos of loving the country with patriotic fervor.
