ii. Bridge

  • Lie on the floor and bend legs at 90 degrees. Keep your arms straight out at the sides and the palms should face down.
  • Inhale and raise your hips using your pelvic floor, hamstrings, and glutes. Keep in this position for a couple of seconds and return to early position.


It is recommended to complete 10 repetitions of 3 sets.
