What are Stomach Ulcer and its causes? Use natural squat stool to cure it!

Stomach ulcers are generally painful sores which are found in the stomach lining or small intestine of the body. Peptic Ulcers are not uncommon from stomach ulcers showing visible signs of any disorders. When the digestive juices get reduced from the stomach, a thick layer of mucus is formed in the stomach. 3.       Family history relating to Stomach Ulcer

4.       Hypercalcemia

5.       Frequent use of steroids say the one’s used for treating asthma

The risk of developing a stomach ulcer starts when there is an imbalance found in the bowel movement of any person. Stools are nothing but waste materials in the body. The waste materials do not contain any essential nutrients except harmful toxins that are agents of acid reflux and excessive gas formation. As stool do not get eliminated from the body, what lie behind is the greater possibility of developing acid reflux further aggravating stomach ulcer. Giver a closer look to everyday food habit, toilet sitting posture, excessive smoking, stress and lack of sleep will only increase issue of constipation.

Food that suits one’s appetite should be noted down and consumed more while using squatting stool while one poops along with western toilet seat helps in complete waste elimination from the body.  Practicing Yoga or listening to soft music is instrumental in relieving stress exerted from work life or due to personal reasons. The grasp of the matter is that one should work to keep the stomach healthy as most of the diseases in the body aggravate as and when there exists any error in the digestion system.

6.       Burping or acid reflux

7.       Not wanting to eat due to pain

8.       Heartburn (Burning sensation in the chest)
