The estimated investment required for the Prestige Leela Residences project will be approximately Rs 110 crore. In a confirmation of the Prestige construction’s joint development deal signed with Hotel Leela Ventures, Venkat K Narayana – Executive Director and CFO of Prestige Construction said Leela has offered us 8,027 sq m land next to Leela Palace. Revealing that the Prestige Leela Residences project span over an area of 0.36 million square feet Narayana said that 60 percent interest in the project will be held by Prestige construction, which plans to take up the construction of the project this fiscal. Additionally, Prestige construction has as well as signed a deal with the Bhartiya Construction for managing a Leela Hotel, near the International Airport. The hotel has 250 guestrooms and a Convention Centre for 1,500 people.
