  3. Ashwagandha is used for arthritis, anxiety, insomnia, tumors, conditions marked by white patchiness (leukoderma), backache, menstrual problems, hiccups, and chronic disease.   4. Yashthi Madhu

  1. Clarified Butter and Sugar

    Mix one tablespoon of clarified butter with equal quantity of sugar. Consume this concoction at least half an hour before your meal on an empty stomach. One month of consuming this mixture will show dramatic results.

    Make sure you eat one mango three times a day and drink milk after eating the mango; this will show tremendous results in a few weeks time.

  3. Peanut Butter
