 The basic entry requirement to study in France is a minimum of 55% in the last education along with good command of the English language. The institutions in France also accept limited backlogs but the course must have been completed in the stipulated time period.   1. Duration of bachelors and masters course:

The standard duration of a bachelor's program in any institute in France is between 3 to 4 years and the duration of a master's program falls somewhere between 1 to 2 years. For the details regarding the specific duration of certain programs, it is advisable to check the institute website.

  1. Tuition fees of the courses to study in France:

The institutions in France provide education at an affordable cost as compared to that of the study abroad destinations like Australia, USA, UK, etc. The average tuition fees of a bachelors and masters program in France falls somewhere between €9,000 to €12,000 (₹8.5 Lakhs to ₹11 Lakhs approx.) and €9,000 to €15,000 (₹8.5 Lakhs to ₹13.5 Lakhs) respectively.

  1. Intake details and deadlines for applications:

The France institutions have two intakes i.e., in Summer and Winter. The summer intake comes around January and February whereas the intake month for Winter is September and October. For summer intake the deadline is up to 15 November whereas for winter intake the deadline goes up to 15 July. However, there are some institutions in France that accept applications beyond deadlines and on a case-to-case basis.
