Virginia’s Newest Rib Shack Welcomed For Offering Mouth Watering Culinary Delights

Sterling, Virginia (August 26, 2015) - Pauly’s Rib Shack, is becoming a sensation, excelling in providing the tastiest ribs in Virginia.  It’s been getting a thunderous welcome by foodies who have started coming all the way from West Virginia every Saturday and Sunday to taste some of the best BBQ in the area. Pauly’s Rib Shack saw its inception in 2014 with the sole aim of providing the tastiest food to the people of Virginia as Pauly’s motto is “Tasting a Dream”. So, standing by its motto Pauly’s specializes in providing St. Louis style or Smoked Baby Back rib and guarantees it’s, “one of the best ribs you tasted in your life.” Apart from all the smoked meats with all sorts of tremendous flavours like pulled chicken, pulled pork, whole chickens, and beef brisket are also provided. They also provide many other BBQ menu items.

The Washington DC area is becoming a hotspot for cuisine from all over the world.  We enjoy tastes from everywhere thanks to so many people from all over the world deciding to make DC and Northern Virginia home.  Paul Gill is no different, growing up near the Virginia North Carolina border he was raised with BBQ. He credits people like his Grandmother and other family members who to love BBQ and he loves to see the great reaction people have to his food and all the smiles that are the result.  “I’ve see a lot and lived through a lot.  Many of my friends went down a bad road and ended up in jail and some are no longer with us, but I always had a dream and Pauly’s is that dream in real life.” Although Paul works a regular 9 to 5 job on the weekday he has been at his current location since 2014 every Saturday and Sunday which he has booked until November.  Paul said that ultimately he’s saving up to go from his current spot to getting a full-time carryout.  Then, “who knows, the sky’s the limit.”

Pauly’s Rib Shack is a five star quality restaurant that just doesn’t have a roof yet.  That won’t last long there’s becoming too much of a demand.
