India has a large number of varieties in traditional Indian apparel for men and women. Saris, gaghra cholis and lehengas are the traditional clothes for women in India. India is very rich in culture and traditional clothing. Each and every state has its own culture and dressing style. Women wear saris and this is very descent and elegant clothes for them. In India, Mumbai is a centre of fashion. When Indian woman wears sari, she generally puts Bindi below her forehead. The style of clothing for female varies according her ages. This is very good for taller people as it adds grace and charm to their clothing style. Wedding is very integral part for everyone’s life. So their family go for shopping almost each and every day. They buy sherwani for men and sari for women. Indian clothing is full of colours like red, yellow, golden, maroon, magenta. These colours give them a classy look on their wedding. Seeing these colours many couple in other countries also often want to marry in Indian style.
Indian wedding is very much popular all over the words due to their traditional clothing and rich cultures. Jewellery is also a part of traditional clothing. Initially kings and queens of this country wore large amount of jewellery. Jewellery is main part of Indian dressing style. Women wear large amount of jewellery on their wedding.
In India, this is a status symbol if any women wear good amount of jewellery this means they belongs to high profile family. Women wear jhumka, churi, necklace on daily basis. Jhumka is a type of earrings, but it is in large size as compare to earrings. This is heavy as compare to earrings. So traditional Indian clothing is a combination of clothes and jewellery and gives a classy look for both men and women.
