Vanilla, CAS# 121-33-5, is a organic powder manufactured through grinding of dried vanilla, available as White to light pink crystalline powder. Vanilla is widely used as food aromas & perfumes. It is widely accepted as safe food aromas & perfumes in many food products.

General Side Effects

No significant side effects reported for this food aromas & perfumes . Skin contact can cause irritation and swelling (inflammation) in specific group of individuals.

Suggested Dosage

Ingestion of Vanilla in large quantity may hurt our health, please follow the guideline of using Vanilla: ADI 0-10 mg/kg body weight as of vanillin
