Fix USB Device Not Recognized In Windows

Unplug the Computer

Another thing that you can try to fix this issue is to open the Device manager, expand USB Serial Bus Controllers, right-click on SUB Root Hub> properties.

After that, click on power management and uncheck allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.

Once done, restart your computer and try to reconnect the USB devices and see whether it is recognized or not.
