UPSEE Seat Allotment 2015 Started from 16 June

UPSEE Seat Allotment 2015 is a process in which seat is allotted to the candidates those who have qualified the exam. Candidates will be able to fill the choices for the colleges and courses from which a seat is allotted to them. The seat allotment process has started from 16 June 2015. The candidates those who have qualified the exam will only be able to attend the seat allotment round.

Seat allotment or counselling is completed in three rounds. Candidates will have to attend all the three rounds to get a seat in the preferred college. UPSEE Seat Allotment will continue till 11 August 2015. Seat will be allotted after considering various factors like merit of candidate, availability of seat, choices entered by them, reservation norms, etc. Other details for the seat allotment round are provided below.

Candidates those who have qualified the exam will be allotted seat on the basis of rank scored by them in the entrance exam. The choices entered by them will also be considered at the time of seat allotment, therefore candidates are advised to enter the options in the decreasing order of their priority. In other words, the most preferred college must be selected first. UPSEE Seat Allotment 2015 details along with the allotment letter will be available on the website of UPSC and can be accessed by the candidates after logging in.

In order to confirm the seat allotted to them, candidates will have to visit the institute and complete all the formalities. Candidates also have to report to the verification center and get their documents verified. They must carry their allotment letter and fees DD. It must be in favor of 'Finance Officer, UPTU'.

Candidates those who are from UPSEE 2015 and from JEE Main 2015 quota will have to confirm only one seat and surrender the other seats. The candidates those who have allotted seats but do not confirm it will be forfeited.

UPSEE 2015 Seat Allotment will start from 16 June and will continue till 11 August 2015. The seat matrix will be displayed on 23 June 2015. The online choice filling will be done from 24 June to 26 June 2015. Seat allotment result will be released on 29 June 2015. Candidates will have to confirm the seat allotted to them from 28 June to 1 July 2015. Display of seat matrix for second phase will be done on 2 July 2015. Online choice filling for second phase will be done from 2 July to 4 July 2015.
While filling the options for the colleges, candidates must make sure that the choices filled by them are in correct order. In other words the most preferred choice must be filled first as in UPSEE Seat Allotment 2015, seat will be allotted on the basis of choices filled by them. Candidates can make changes in the options entered by them before locking the choices. Once the choices has been locked, no further changes will be allowed.
