Admissions to successful candidates in 29 different programmes related to BTech are offered by University of Petroleum and Energy Studies.

Only those candidates who successful submit the application form duly filled before the deadline will have their admit cards uploaded on the website.
The eligibility criteria must be satisfied by the candidates or else they will be disqualified. This includes-
The students should be born on or after October 1, 1995. The date of birth mentioned in the secondary education board will only be considered authentic.
The candidate must score minimum 60% aggregate marks in class 10th and 12th and minimum 60% aggregate marks in physics, chemistry and mathematics.
If the applicant wishes to get admission through board merit, then 80% marks should be scored in class 10th and 12th. Also, 80% aggregate marks should be scored in physics, chemistry and mathematics.
If the candidate wishes to get admission through JEE Main, the candidate must score minimum 60% aggregate marks in class 10th and 12th. Minimum 60% aggregate marks must be scored by the candidate in physics, chemistry and mathematics in class 12th. The merit list of JEE Main will be announced after JEE Main 2017 is conducted.
The exam pattern will be such that it will contain a total of 200 questions. The sections will include Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English comprehension and awareness of current affairs.
