Tugu Insurance - Providing the Best Protection Through a Variety of Trusted Insurance Products

Established since November 25, 1981, Tugu Insurance is a general insurance company headquartered in Jakarta. Judging from the number of the company’s articles of association, Tugu Insurance has a scope of activities in general insurance industry, reinsurance and sharia business sectors. In 2018, Tugu Insurance received an effective statement from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) to open an Initial Public Offering (IPO) to the general public.

As May 28th 2018, Tugu Insurance effectively listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) under stock code TUGU. The acquisition of IPO funds after deducting stock issuance costs, will be fully used to strengthen the company’s business development capital and increase equity participation to strengthen capital in the reinsurance sector.

To date, more than 58.50% of Tugu Asuransi shares are held by PT Pertamina (Persero). Meanwhile, UOB Kay Hian Pte Ltd. and Siti Taskiyah each have shares of 15.75% and 10.93%. Also not miss Samsung Fire and Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. by 5.29%

Tugu Insurance has developed its business to the maximum through offering 10 types of insurance products offered, including insurance in the energy, fire & property, aviation, engineering, boat, transportation, and protection & indemnity, credit & collateral, to sharia-based insurance.
