  • Signed Form-48. Applicant authorisation to a Trademark Attorney, for the application of trademark filing on her/his behalf.

  • Copy of Logo - preferably in black & white (Optional)
  • Signed Form-48 – Form 48 signed from Trademark Attorney
  • Signatory Identity Proof.
  • Incorporation Partnership Certificate or Deed.
  • Signatory Address Proof

  • Udyog Aadhar Registration Certificate.
  • Signed Form-48 – Form 48 signed from Trademark Attorney
  • Partnership Deed or Incorporation Certificate.
  • Signatory Address Proof.
  • Signatory Identity Proof.
