Trade License

Common Corporation of Delhi (MCD) issues a general Trade/Storage License to the vendors/establishments for permitted trade practices under Section 2 (59) of the DMC Act, 1957. It is mandatory for all sellers/establishments to get trade/amassing licenses under Section 417 of the DMC Act, 1957 in the domain of MCD. 

Need Of Municipal License 

Section 417 of the DMC Act-1957 (changed occasion to time) gives that any person, who so ever needs to set up a business of a General Trade and Storage, is expected to get a grant from MCD. 

Correction In The License 

No correction, if there should be an event of an extension/decrease in the domain for trade/amassing, will be suitable. In case of an extension in the district of the trade premises, another application will be locked in on the convenience of the fundamental differentiation of charges as indicated by supported movements of License Fee.

4. Other MCD Licenses like Factory grant, Hawking grant, etc 

Proof of authentic inhabitance of the establishment or task letter of Govt. association/inhabitance proof/Electricity/Water affiliation charge/Landline Telephone Bill/lease deed/bargain deed/GPA. 

Photograph of the establishment with front-facia, a demonstration of product traded from the premises or the business being done from the premises 

Copy of the PAN/VAT/TIN 

Unit Area of the Establishment In Square meter. 

Site Plan/Key Plan showing the area heavily influenced by the applicant or saving eminent features of the neighborhood of the site. 

Aadhar Card/Voter ID/PAN Card/Valid Indian Passport/Permanent driving grant/Bank passbook with photograph and characteristic of Director/Partners/Proprietor
