General Trade/Storage License Issued By Municipal Corporation Of Delhi (MCD) 

City Corporation of Delhi (MCD) issues an overall Trade/Storage License to the merchants/foundations for allowed exchange exercises under Section 2 (59) of the DMC Act, 1957. It is required for all merchants/foundations to get exchange/stockpiling licenses under Section 417 of the DMC Act, 1957 in the ward of MCD. 
Need Of Municipal License 

Area 417 of the DMC Act-1957 (altered chance to time) gives that any individual, who so ever wants to build up a business of a General Trade and Storage, is needed to get a permit from MCD. 
Alteration In The License 

No alteration if there should arise an occurrence of an expansion/decline in the region for exchange/stockpiling will be admissible. In the event of an expansion in the region of the exchange premises, a new application will be engaged on accommodation of the essential distinction of charges according to recommended paces of License Fee. 

Verification of lawful inhabitance of the foundation or assignment letter of Govt. office/occupancy confirmation/Electricity/Water association charge/Landline Telephone Bill/rent deed/deal deed/GPA. 

Photo of the foundation with front-facia, show of products exchanged from the premises or the business being completed from the premises 

Duplicate of the PAN/VAT/TIN 

Unit Area of the Establishment In Square meter. 

Site Plan/Key Plan demonstrating the zone under the control of the candidate or reserving striking highlights of the area of the site. 

Aadhar Card/Voter ID/PAN Card/Valid Indian Passport/Permanent driving permit/Bank passbook with photo and mark of Director/Partners/Proprietor
