  • Air Arabia has secured the third position in a list of top 50 global airlines which are compiled by ‘Airfinance Journal’. The airline has the best reports in the parameters including Total Revenue, Net Income, Passenger Yield, Liquidity, and Leverage.

Air Arabia Flights Travel to More Places, Network Expansion
  • Air Arabia announced to operate three-times-a-week flight service on the new route from Amman to Riyadh in Saudi Arabia from April 14, 2016.Riyadh is the 3rd Saudi Arabian city and Air Arabia is flying to Dammam and Jeddah.
  • During July 2 to September 30, 2016,Air Arabia started seasonal flights to Batumi–airline’s secondGeorgian city.
  • Air Arabia added one more European destination-Sarajevo to its network.From March 18, 2016, the airline started operating direct flights between Sharjah and Sarajevo.

Air Arabia Fleet Expansion
Air Arabia confirms the order for five Airbus A320s in order to serve more travel destinations in addition to the existing network. Currently,the airline is operating a fleet of 46 Airbus A320 aircraftswhich flies to more than 120 destinations across the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Europe.

Air Arabia Partnership
In October 2016, Air Arabia has signed an agreement with Vistair to switch to electronic flight documents. The airline will roll outVistair’sDocuNet e-document system across its Airbus A320 fleet where the digital documents will be provided instead of flight operation documents.

Air Arabia Flight Booking Now has EMI Facility for Indian Passengers
Air Arabia announced EMI option for the Indian passengers. Guests can pay for tickets in monthly instalments through the banks including ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Kotak Mahindra, IndusInd Bank, State Bank of India, HDFC and Central Bank of India. Credit card holders of the mentioned banks can utilize the EMI payment option.
