• Science activity: Water Drop races

This is a great way to demonstrate water science to children. Blowing water in drops along waxed paper is easy and enjoyable. This way your children will be able to get an idea of understanding surface tension theories and water molecules bonding properties. 

Things which you’ll need to proceed:

• Waxed paper

• A straw. It would be really exciting for kids if you keep different colors of straws so that they’ll be able to choose their favorite color. 

• Eyedropper 

• Flat surface

Instructions:

• It's quite simple to just drop water onto a wax paper. Have fun by making the drops large or small any size of your choice.

• Move the drops in different directions by blowing them on paper. 

• Fireworks in a jar:

This game will literally make kids birthday party unique. You must have noticed that kids get really excited when they see colors and fireworks. It makes them happy and excited at the same time. This game is going to make them feel the same. This game does not require anything for which you have to visit multiple shops in order to gather items for the game. All you need is oil, water, and food coloring. 

Instructions:

• Fill the jar 3/4th with warm water

• In a separate bowl mix 3-4 tbsp of oil and a few drops of different colors. It is advisable to use red, yellow, blue, and green)

• With the help of a fork mix oil + food coloring 

• Gently transfer the oil mixture into the jar

• See the magic! Slowly the food coloring will drop out of the oil in the water. later it’ll spread and will get mixed with other colors

•  Turn your name into crystals:

This science activity is very cost-effective and can be performed with a few items only. Age just doesn’t matter in this, whether a person  is 4,44 or 94 he will for sure get excited seeing their name sparkling in the sunlight. This game is made in a way that even a 5-year-old can play it. 

The following mentioned items are required to prepare for this activity: 

• Pipe cleaners

• Pencils

• Fishing line

• Scissors

• Tablespoon

• Glasses or even plastic containers will work too.

• A container which should be of big size to hold your name

• Food coloring

• Borax

• Heat safe mixing bowl

• Liquid measuring cup

Take the white pipe cleaners, utilize it to make letters of the name. A plastic container to suspend the pipe letter in. Once it is formed with the help of a fishing line, the next thing to do is to suspend the letter a few inches from the wooden skewers.

How to make a solution?

Heat water in a large pot,  so that it is possible to dissolve borax quickly. If you’re planning to make each letter of different colors, set of five plastic containers which should be quart size.As  per cup of water measure three tablespoons of borax. When the borax is measured transfer three cups of boiling water into each of the 5 containers. With a wooden spoon keep mixing in each container until the borax is dissolved. Add a few drops of food coloring in every container and carefully lower/dip each letter into the color of your choice.
