Exercise and Regular Activity: Don’t push yourself to become inactive. To stay healthy and fit, you must be active with exercises. You can walk for at least half an hour each day if you don’t feel like gyming and all. Plus, if you have a dumbbell and push up tools, you can have your regular exercise at home.
