With the development of the pathological process; first observed symptoms of hyperthyroidism in the future - hypothyroidism. Symptoms of thyroid inflammation subacute type:

•    Severe pain in the front of the neck, extending to the lower jaw, neck, ears; worse when bending and turning your head, chewing, swallowing;


•    And a significant increase in the seal of the thyroid gland;

•    Redness and increased temperature of the skin over the gland;

•    Swollen lymph nodes in the neck;

•    High fever, chills;

•    Sweating, weakness throughout the body;

•    Headaches;

•    Irritability;

•    Tremor of the hands;

•    Vehemence and moisture of the skin;

•    Weight loss.  Fibrous thyroiditis begins to manifest itself only in the latter stages:
 
•    Difficulty swallowing, breathing and speech;

•    Hoarse voice;

•    Strong and irregular increase in cancer; its stiffness, density and painless;

•    Headache, ringing in the ears;

•    Marked pulsation vessels in the neck;

•    Blurred vision.  When the long-term course of the disease may show there are signs of hypothyroidism. The clinical picture of acute thyroiditis:

•    Pain in the neck, extending to the neck, jaw, and aggravated by swallowing and movement of the head;

•    Enlarged cervical lymph nodes;

•    High fever, chills;

•    Palpation - an increase of the share or thyroid.  How to treat inflammation of the thyroid gland? Treatment of inflammation of the thyroid gland of any species by one of two methods:

•    Medication;

•    Operational.
